1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Brikks Studio (“Brikks,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. The service

Brikks provides tools to help generate presentation outputs, including brand-native slide decks. Features may change over time, and some functionality may be offered as beta or preview.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use Brikks.

4. Beta features

During beta, the service may be modified, interrupted, or unavailable, and features may be added or removed. You understand that beta functionality is provided “as is” and may contain bugs.

5. Your content and inputs

You may submit content to Brikks (for example, text prompts, brand settings, and files you upload) (“User Content”).

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Brikks a limited license to process your User Content solely to operate and provide the service, including generating outputs you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use and upload any User Content.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Brikks for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its security
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates privacy rights

7. Intellectual property

Brikks and its branding, software, and website content are owned by Brikks Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Brikks intellectual property.

8. Third-party services

Brikks may integrate with third-party services (for example, authentication providers or content/image services). Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIKKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Brikks does not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIKKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or security. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page when changes are made.
